NFU Energy has been involved in this exciting three-year project ‘Envirocrops’ to build an interactive web-based app enabling farmers and landowners to compare predicted yield results along with the cost of growing various biomass crops such as willow, miscanthus and eucalyptus to name a few.
The project’s consortium is offering a prize giveaway to anyone that uses the tool and provides feedback via the online form – all to help make future biomass production easier.
